DAY 1: NAIROBI – SAMBURU

Jambo! Upon arrival at Jomo Africatta International Airport, guests will be warmly received by our tour representative/ guide.

Samburu National Reserve is known for its unique wildlife, including the reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, and Grevy's zebra. The reserve is also home to the rare and elusive Somali wild ass.

DAY 2: FULL DAY SAMBURU

Guests will enjoy early breakfast at the lodge and later check out to embark on a full day of game drives. The morning game drive is often the most productive, as animals are most active early in the day. The afternoon game drive is less likely to be as hot, making it a perfect time to spot wildlife.

Samburu National Reserve is home to a variety of wildlife, including the reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, Grevy's zebra, and the rare and elusive Somali wild ass. The reserve is also known for its large elephant population.

After a day of adventure, guests will return to the lodge where dinner will be served and enjoy a night's rest.

DAY 3: SAMBURU - OL PEJETA

Day three begins with an early breakfast and check out. Guests will then embark on a scenic drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a private wildlife conservancy in Africa. The drive is approximately 2 hours.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy is home to the world's last remaining northern white rhino. Guests will have the opportunity to see these magnificent animals up close. The conservancy is also home to other wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas.

After lunch at the lodge, guests will embark on an afternoon game drive and chimpanzee sanctuary visit. The chimpanzees are habituated, meaning they are accustomed to human presence and are often seen interacting with visitors. The sanctuary is home to a variety of other wildlife, including monkeys, bushbucks, and vervet monkeys.

After a day of adventure, guests will return to the lodge for dinner and a night's rest.

DAY 4: OL PEJETA - NAKURU

On the fourth day, guests will enjoy an early breakfast and check out. They will then embark on a scenic drive to Lake Nakuru, a soda lake in Africa known for its large population of flamingos. The drive is approximately 2 hours.

Lake Nakuru is a birdwatcher's paradise, home to over 450 bird species. The lake is also home to a variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, and buffalos. Guests can expect to see these animals during their game drives.

After lunch at the lodge, guests will embark on an afternoon game drive. The game drive is a great opportunity to see the wildlife up close. The park is also home to a variety of other wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, and ostriches.

DAY 5: NAKURU – MASAI MARA

On the fifth day, guests will enjoy an early breakfast and check out. They will then embark on a scenic drive to Masai Mara, a vast savannah in Africa known for its annual migration of wildebeest. The drive is approximately 4 hours.

Masai Mara is famous for the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River in search of greener pastures. The reserve is also home to the "Big Five" (lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffalo) and a variety of other wildlife.

Upon arrival, guests will check in, enjoy a gourmet lunch at the lodge, and later head out for an afternoon game drive. The game drive is a great opportunity to see the wildlife up close. The reserve is also home to a variety of other wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, and ostriches.

DAY 6: FULL DAY MASAI MARA

Day six begins with the option of an early morning hot air balloon safari, offering a stunning aerial view of the savannah, followed by a celebratory champagne breakfast in the bush, (Optional).

Alternatively, guests can enjoy breakfast at the lodge before embarking on a thrilling full day game drive to discover the Mara's unique wildlife and ecosystems.

Guests will enjoy a packed lunch in the wild, surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of the African savannah.

Finish off the rest of the day with an enthralling game drive in the reserve before heading back to the lodge for a delightful dinner and a night's rest.

DAY 7: MASAI MARA - NAIVASHA

On the seventh day, guests will enjoy an early breakfast and check out. They will then embark on a scenic drive to Naivasha, a town on the shores of Lake Naivasha, known for its beautiful scenery and abundant birdlife. The drive is approximately 3 hours.

Lake Naivasha is a birdwatcher's paradise, home to over 150 bird species. The lake is also home to a variety of wildlife, including hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of water birds. Guests can expect to see these animals during their game drives.

After lunch at the lodge, guests will embark on an afternoon game drive. The game drive is a great opportunity to see the wildlife up close. The park is also home to a variety of other wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, and ostriches.

On the eighth day, guests will enjoy an early breakfast and check out. They will then embark on a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park, a vast savannah in Africa known for its large elephant population. The drive is approximately 3 hours.

DAY 9: AMBOSILI - NAIROBI

On the final day, guests will enjoy an early breakfast and check out. They will then embark on a scenic drive back to Nairobi city. Guests will enjoy lunch en route or upon arrival in Nairobi depending on traffic.

Once done, guests will be dropped off at Jomo Africatta International Airport (NBO) for their onward flights, concluding an unforgettable safari experience with us.
